All handmade and made-to-order items have a current turnaround time of approximately 2–4 weeks.

Please note:

Turnaround time begins after your order is placed, not including shipping time
During high demand, launches, or unforeseen production delays, TAT may extend slightly
We always do our best to stay within this window, but handmade magic can take time 💫

Ready-to-Ship Items (Swim, Bamboo, Accessories)
Ready-to-ship items are already made and will ship within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We work with trusted manufacturing partners for select collections (including bamboo and swim). While we carefully choose our partners, production timelines are not always fully within our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or customs
Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed delivery dates
We will always communicate any significant delays transparently

Processing + Shipping

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
Shipping speed is determined by USPS and is separate from our processing time

Once your package has been scanned in by USPS, it is officially in their care.

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
