Because every item at Levi & Lena Co. is made to order just for you, all sales are final and cannot be canceled or altered once placed — regardless of the fulfillment status. Please double check your order details and shipping address before checking out, as Levi & Lena Co. is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Upon delivery, please inspect your entire order within 3 days. If there’s an issue — such as a defect or a wrong item — contact us right away at LeviandLenaCo@yahoo.com. Be sure to include clear photos and your order number.
I take great pride in fulfilling each order with accuracy and care — but I’m also human! In the rare case that a mistake happens, I’m more than happy to replace any incorrect or defective item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. If a replacement isn’t possible due to item unavailability, a refund will be issued once the original item is received and approved.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight design or placement variations are normal and not considered defects — that’s part of what makes each piece a little extra magical!
You’ll be notified via email once your returned item is received and inspected. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued promptly. In the event of a wrong item or size, the correct one will be sent free of additional shipping charges. If that item is no longer available, you’ll receive a full refund.
