SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart — just like pixie dust, every package is a little different!

Please note: Levi & Lena Co. is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they’ve been scanned in by USPS. If something goes missing on its journey, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim using your tracking number. Claims must be initiated on your end before reaching out to us.

TURN AROUND TIME

All items are handmade to order by me — a one-woman show pouring love & magic into every detail! My current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, although I always try to get orders out as soon as possible.

Have a special trip coming up or need your order by a specific date?

Please email us at leviandlenaco@yahoo.com with the date you need it by and the items you intend to purchase. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to notify you if we are able to accommodate the timing & if so we will create a custom shipping listing for you to use at checkout..
