SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart — just like pixie dust, every package is a little different!

Please note: Levi & Lena Co. is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they’ve been scanned in by USPS. If something goes missing on its journey, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim using your tracking number. Claims must be initiated on your end before reaching out to us — it helps move things along quicker and smoother!

TURN AROUND TIME

All items are handmade to order by me — a one-woman show pouring love & magic into every detail! My current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, though I always try to get orders out as soon as possible.

Need your order by a specific date?

Please select the Rush My Order listing at checkout and include the date you need it by in the notes. If I’m unable to meet your timeline, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
